First Annual Los Santos Triathlon – Apply Now!
Do you want to win BIG? Do you want to show your skills on the dirt, in the water, then on the dirt again? Well, look no further! JBTV News is proud to bring you our First Annual Los Santos Triathlon! We are very excited to announce this event, and even more exciting, YOU could be the winner of a large cash prize!
The triathlon will feature three courses: Biking, Boating, and Dirt Track Racing! The competitors will start at the base of Mt. Chiliad on non-motorized bicycles. They will follow a nature trail, which will be evident by the roadblocks placed, all the way to the pier of the Great Ocean Highway! From there, they will abandon their bicycles for speedboats and have a daring race up the rapids of Cassidy Creek. They will speed across the Alamo Sea, where a rented car will be waiting for them. After a short drive to the Redwood Lights Dirt Track, the competitors will need to complete three laps to claim their prize!
What are the prize amounts, you ask? Well, I would be happy to tell you! First place will win a non-taxable cash sum of $60,000! Second place will win a non-taxable cash sum of $15,000! Finally, third place will receive a non-taxable cash sum of $6,000! I don’t know about you, but if I had the opportunity to test my racing skills against my fellow citizens AND win enough money to pay for a nice car, I would definitely take it!
The triathlon will be hosted one Sunday in June. But here’s the MOST important detail: all three competitor spots are still open! That’s right!
